United StatesI loved my cornhole boards from the moment I got them. I used them as an outdoor game, which is what they were. One of the boards deteriorated from weather very quickly and after just 15 months broken apart and the image peeled off. The other board was fine. This lead me to believe that there was some malfunction or mistake in one board, because they were stored the exact same way. I reached out to customer service asking if I could buy a replacement board. They said no. I then asked if I could have some discount to purchase a new set. They said the issue was not their fault and they would offer me free shipping only. That felt like a slap in the face, given that I was willing to purchase a brand new set even though I only needed 1 board. I eventaully did purchase a new set, and so far so good, but my experience with customer service was disappointment. I love the product, but wish they could make one that is more weather-resilient given it is an outdoor game and also offer replacement parts instead of forcing people to buy a whole new set.

I decided on the Elakai boards after reading descriptions of how and what they were made of and also reviews. My conclusion was that the Elakai boards fit my needs of high quality and construction which was my number one consideration. The icing on the cake though, was the beauty of the national parks boards. When my boards arrived, the vibrant colors with the grain of the board showing through was unparalleled and the boards were even more beautiful than I had imagined. These boards are also very sturdy and well made and they stand up to play with no fear of them breaking down prematurely. I am so happy with my purchase and they were very well packed to arrive at my home in top notch condition.
