Ground Delivery
Use this map to estimate delivery times for ground shipping. Once your order ships, ground delivery typically takes 1–6 business days, depending on the delivery address, seasonality, and weather. Time in transit does not include processing, production, or time required to prepare your order for shipment.

Most Elakai® orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. While we keep many popular products on hand and ready to ship, some products are made-to-order or require additional production time.
Cornhole Boards
Some Elakai® 2'×4' and 1'×2' cornhole board sets are made-to-order and may require additional production time.

GENERAL DELIVERY TIMELINES
Elakai® ships orders via UPS. UPS Ground is our standard shipping method, with delivery typically taking up to 6 business days after shipment, depending on the delivery address.
Expedited shipping options available for your location will be displayed at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping does not reduce production time for made-to-order products, and expedited shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are calculated by the carrier at checkout. Standard delivery times may be longer due to distance from our continental U.S. facility, and expedited shipping options may be limited.
Shipping rates and applicable taxes for Canada are calculated at checkout. Customers may also be responsible for additional duties or fees upon delivery. A shipment notification with your UPS tracking number will be sent when your shipping label is created. Tracking activity will begin once UPS receives and scans your package. Orders shipped in multiple packages may have multiple tracking numbers and may arrive on different days.
Regulation Cornhole Boards & Ground Shipping
Elakai® 2'×4' cornhole board sets require larger packaging and special handling. As a result, an Oversized Item Surcharge may apply and will be calculated at checkout. For questions about your order or shipping, please contact our team at consumercare@elakaioutdoor.com.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at consumercare@elakaioutdoor.com to request a change or cancellation. Changes or cancellations may not be possible for made-to-order products once production has begun.
